Ingredients :
- 100g Fish fillet
- 1 inch of ginger
- 2 Shallots
- 6 pcs Calamansi limes
- Red chili
- Salt and sugar
Methods :
- Chilli and ginger are finely crushed
- Mix all the ingredients together with fish
- Leave it for a while until the fish produce its juice
- Ready to serve with rice or sago
- Add sliced chilli and calamansi to taste more delicious
