- 1 packet of rice vermicelli
- ¾ cup cooking oil

- 1 ½ tbsp chili paste

- 3 tablespoons tauchu
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce salty fat
- 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce fat
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
Methods :
- Heat the oil and fry the fried ingredients (A) until golden brown & fragrant
- Add chili paste - material (B) & fry until fragrant chili
- Put all ingredients (C) and mix well
- Add half the shrimp stock and mix well
- Add noodles and mix well.
- Finally add the bean sprouts, chives and fried shrimp and mix well
- Serve
